It’s important to keep all bottles or packaging, even if they’re empty, to remain eligible for a refund.
You must use the products as directed to allow the formula time to work before requesting a refund.
Your original shipping fee is non-refundable, and you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost to our warehouse.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on applicators, brushes, or accessories once opened.

How to Start a Return

• Items you’d like to return

• Optional: brief reason for return

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your package.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment, minus any original and return shipping fees.
