  • Unopened items: You can return any unopened bottle within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping).

  • Opened or used items: Because our serum is a personal-use product, we can’t resell opened bottles. However, if you’re not satisfied within 30 days, reach out — we’ll make it right with a replacement or credit on your next order.

  • Damaged, leaking, or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a free replacement or full refund immediately.

2. Subscriptions

  • You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime before your next renewal date — no hoops to jump through.

  • Once a renewal has shipped, it’s considered final.

  • If you forget to cancel and the order hasn’t shipped yet, reach out right away — we’ll cancel and refund it before it leaves our facility.

3. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return or verify your claim.
